All Touch of Urth’s products have a shelf-life of 24 months - just remember to keep them stored in a cool, dry place.

Each box comes with 7 single-use packets.

We provide free standard shipping on all orders.

All orders are shipped through USPS and should arrive within 2-7 business days.

If you email us with a change of shipping address, please keep in mind that your order may have already been shipped, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is processed, you will be sent an email confirmation with a tracking number for the United States Postal Service. You can begin tracking your order within 24 hours of receiving the tracking number.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the USA at this time.
